Call us or fill out the response questions at the bottom of the page.  We will ask you over the phone some questions about the house you are selling.  We want to know a little about the house and your situation before we come out.  We will then set an appointment to see the house. 

2. We come see the house

 

We go to your house and look at it.  We check to see the condition it is in and what kind of work is needed.  Don't worry, we have seen everything!  You don't need to clean anything or make repairs.  We have seen plenty of trashed houses and know what to expect. After we have had a chance to see your house, based on market value and condition we make you an offer.

3. We give you Cash

If you accept our offer we will contact a title company to make sure the title has no issues.  We will close when it is convenient for you at the title company, and you get paid.
